your gift can change how we help people

Imagine calling for help and getting a response quickly. Imagine being treated with dignity and respect, when you are in need. These are the standards of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul, across our Diocese.

Your gift can help us make this a reality in more places across our Diocese. Your gift can change the way people in need are helped.

SERVING NEIGHBORS IN NEED ACROSS VIRGINIA

As Vincentians, we are called to help all those in need. Indeed, no act of charity is foreign to us. We serve all regardless of faith.

Typical services provided include:

  • rent and mortgage assistance
  • utility assistance
  • food assistance
  • furniture assistance

Actual assistance provided and rent definitions may differ based on available resources in a geographical area. What never changes is the way Vincentians serve those who ask for help.
