FAITH + ACTION = HOPE
Imagine calling for help and getting a response quickly. Imagine being treated with dignity and respect when you are in need. These are the standards of the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul across our Diocese.
Your gift can help us make this a reality in more places across our Diocese. Your gift can change the way people in need are helped.
Join us at The Jefferson Hotel, for our Night of Hope. It will be a special evening of wonderful friends, food, and fun, as we join together to help our neighbors in need.
Join us for a day of Vincentian spirituality, fellowship, and learning, at Living & Caring as a Vincentian.
Our day includes various speakers on topics such as Vincentian spirituality, mental health, homelessness, and volunteering. Our keynote speaker is Michael Acaldo, CEO of Society of St. Vincent de Paul USA.
The event is at St. Michael, in Glen Allen and will begin at 9:30 am.
Light breakfast and lunch is provided.
As Vincentians, we are called to help all those in need. Indeed, no act of charity is foreign to us. We serve all regardless of faith.
Typical services provided include:
Actual assistance provided and rent definitions may differ based on available resources in a geographical area. What never changes is the way Vincentians serve those who ask for help.
